These sound walls were for the Hwy 14 West Belt Line project in Madison WI.  We used  our JPM 75 Sound Walls. The Job totaled 1,400 panels, over 100 truckloads which resulted in 85% reduction in noise.

Precast Screen Wall project for Mercy Hospital, Mason City Iowa

Mercy Hospital Screen Wall, Mason City Iowa

Project Consultant: Hanson Engineering

This project provided a solution to neighbors, owner and contractor.

This is a nine foot high wall by 325 feet long with random range stone.  Both sides of panel wall are finished. We included slate texture on the columns, stone textured cap and 6500 psi mix containing integral colors.  This wall is supported by precast concrete footing boxes.

Factory Tornado Shelter erected inside Alabama plant | Crest Precast Concrete

This is a 60 person storm shelter erected in Huntsville,  Alabama  2014. The storm shelter is located inside an existing manufacturing plant. Features for this unit include dual doors and stainless steel vent hoods. This storm shelter is engineered for an EF5 tornado event.

Crest Precast Concrete is a per-qualified vendor approved by PICS and BROWZ system and they require an advanced safety program.
